100 g achiote

Instructions:

  • Blend the achiote, pineapple juice, vinegar and garlic in a blender until you get a smooth paste.
  • Marinate the meat in this mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Grill the meat in a hot pan or on a grill until it is golden and cooked.
  • Cut the meat into small pieces and serve in corn tortillas with onion, cilantro and pineapple. Add salsa to taste!

12 corn tortillas

500 g of cooked and shredded chicken breast

Instructions:

  • Cut the beef and vegetables into strips.
